Terms & Conditions

Deposits- a non refundable deposit is required to confirm each booking. Deposits will be half of the booking price, and the remaining balance will be required at the time of the shoot.

Consultation- Before each booking, clients are strongly encouraged to have a consultation with Danni D Photos LLC so we can get a clear creative vision of your expectations for your photoshoot.

Late Fee- It is very imperative that you arrive on time to get the full Danni D Photos experience. There will be a 15 minute grace period. However, anytime after 15 minutes a $30 late fee will be applied. 30 minutes or more late your shoot will be canceled and deposit will not be returned.

Rescheduling/ Cancellation- Cancellation or no show results in non refundable deposit. Rescheduling will consist of a $25 fee being applied. 2 or more times rescheduling results in automatic cancellation of shoot and requires a new deposit.

Images-Clients will recieve all raw images. Clients are required to pick the number of images to be editied that is included in that specific package the client has purchased. Editing will take up to 7-10 days from the time images were chosen. Any additional images to be editied will require a $20 editing fee per image.

Right of Use- Danni D Photos LLC reserves the right to use all images when it comes to producition, publication, marketing, and promotional purposes.
